Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all levels of the organization. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and validate deliverables against business needs. • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and successful project delivery • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. • Manage project financials, resource planning, and variance tracking. • Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve reporting and forecasting. • Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes. • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards. Requirements: • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
