About this role
Job Responsibilities: · Support the planning and execution of lifecycle, retention, and conservation strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and drive sustainable growth across priority customer segments. · Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including campaign ideation, journey design, activation, reporting, and optimization using marketing automation and data-driven insights. · Collaborate closely with Analytics, Distribution, Cluster Heads, BDMs, and external vendors to execute targeted life-stage and cross-sell campaigns, ensuring personalized customer engagement, effective channel strategies, and timely campaign launches. · Manage campaign budgets, promotions, rewards fulfilment, and reporting, including tracking performance metrics, utilization, accruals, and optimization opportunities. · Build and optimize customer engagement journeys, support infrastructure and process implementation, and conduct data privacy and compliance reviews. · Drive project management activities including stakeholder coordination, campaign communications, milestone tracking, and delivery management to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives. · Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
