About this role
• Plan and execute quarterly lifecycle campaigns targeting priority customer segments, with personalised messaging, offers, and channel strategies aligned to customer life stage and financial needs • Build and optimise automated campaign journeys using marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including audience targeting, triggers, content, and send cadence • Monitor and report on campaign performance, surfacing insights and actionable recommendations to improve retention and conversion outcomes • Manage campaign budgets, including accruals, reconciliations, and ongoing spend visibility • Coordinate promotions and rewards fulfilment with internal teams and external vendors • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Distribution, and Business Development teams to drive campaign adoption and on-ground activation • Support the design and implementation of workflows, data privacy reviews, and campaign infrastructure • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery against milestones and stakeholder alignment Requirements • 3 years of working experience in Marketing, preferably focusing on CRM or Lifecycle Growth • Proven campaign and project management capabilities; able to work under deadlines and produce key deliverables • Experience with marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
