About this role
Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the nursing team across home care and clinic operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care delivery • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to nurses and healthcare staff in managing patient care, including: • Urinary catheterisation • Nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and feeding • Wound care and dressing • Suctioning and oxygen therapy • Phlebotomy and IV cannulation • Medication administration • Review and monitor patient care plans, nursing documentation, incident reporting, and treatment outcomes to maintain clinical standards and compliance • Coordinate manpower deployment, roster planning, and operational coverage to support service requirements effectively • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, competency assessment, and performance development of nursing staff • Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical and operational matters involving patients, caregivers, and staff • Ensure compliance with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), MOH, and company clinical governance standards • Work closely with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of patient services • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, workflow enhancements, and service quality standards across operations • Support day-to-day operational and administrative duties as required Job Requirements • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) • Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Strong clinical competency in community nursing, home care, ambulatory care, or acute care settings • Valid BCLS + AED certification • Competency in IV cannulation and phlebotomy required • Experience in A&E, community nursing, home care, or agency nursing will be advantageous • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills • Able to work independently, make sound clinical decisions, and manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working in both home care and clinic settings • Willingness to travel for patient assignments and operational support Work Schedule & Flexibility • 5-day work week • May be required to support weekends, public holidays, or after-hours operational matters depending on service requirements • Flexible arrangements may be discussed based on operational needs Employment Type • Full-time Why Join Us • Lead and shape the future of home-based healthcare services • Opportunity to manage and develop a growing clinical team • Diverse exposure across home, ambulatory, and community care operations • Collaborative and supportive working environment • Structured opportunities for leadership and professional development • Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and capabilities ~ MW Global Pte Ltd: Hospital-at-Home since 2003 ~ We are looking for prospective and qualified individuals to join our dynamic operations team.
