About this role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Admin Assistant to assist with part-time office operations. This role involves handling accounts, payroll support, and maintaining important company records. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and update invoice and payment data accurately in our system • Match bank receipts to invoices and maintain transaction records • Assist in preparing monthly payslips and basic payroll documents • Assisting in staff claims • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) • Provide general administrative and office support when needed Requirements: • Basic accounting or admin experience preferred • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel • Meticulous, organized, and reliable • Able to work independently and meet deadlines Work Location: Office-based Report to office: Mon-Fri (daily) Working hours: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
