Office Administrator (12 Months Contract) #NKC

WORKINGLOCATION: Mapletree Business City Manage business travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/work permit applications. Administer security door access, access card setup/deactivation, and provide after-hours access support. Oversee facilities services, maintenance, and overall office operations to ensure a clean and comfortable workspace. Manage office, equipment, and pantry supplies. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support smooth daily operations. Organize office activities such as meetings, events, and town hall bookings. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
