About this role
Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2026 to 31 Jul 2027. The Services required are as follows: (a) Manage reception counter duties, including handling enquiries from walk-in and call-in customers and parents on financial assistance. (b) Receive school deliveries and maintain records of mail and goods received. (c) Assist in monitoring staff attendance, including contract staff. (d) Provide printing and photocopying support for school staff. (e) Support administrative duties for the Discipline Committee, including detention, mobile phone safekeeping, and lost-and-found matters. (f) Perform general administrative and front desk duties assigned by the Administration Managers. Requirement: · Possesses fundamental knowledge and skills to handle customer service, office administration and clerical tasks. · Preferably at least 3 years' experience in customer service and office administration, in a school setting.
