Officer - Business Administration (1 Year Contract) • Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm • Monthly Salary: Base up to $3500 + Completion Bonus • Employment Type: 1 Year Contract Company Overview The company is a leading global organization recognized for delivering high‑quality solutions across diverse industries. Responsibility • Plan, monitor, and report monthly delivery schedules across assigned countries. • Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams to secure project specifications and approved client drawings. • Track project parts delivery, follow up with departments, and resolve shortages or delays. • Support design scheduling and actively participate in design department meetings. • Manage CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts delivery and oversee local inventory to prevent store‑outs. • Contribute to smooth project execution by ensuring timely communication and operational alignment. Requirement • Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field preferred • Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle ERP, MS Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred We regret to inform you that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
