Additionally, the manager ensures efficient workflow, monitors performance, and upholds excellent customer service to maintain the company’s premium reputation. Specific Responsibilities s1. Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. 2. Manage and coordinate client appointments, bookings and service schedules. 3. Ensure all services meet the company’s standards of quality, precision and elegance. 4. Provide personalized consultation coordination to align services with client preferences and occasions. 5. Maintain accurate records of client appointments, services rendered and transactions. 6. Ensure proper preparation and organization of tools, materials, and service setup 7. Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety and overall service environment. 8. Ensure all operations reflect the company’s brand image of luxury, refinement and personalized service. 9. Handle customer inquiries, feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
