Responsibilities • Team player with the ability to lead and motivate the team. • Coordinate and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations • Able to work with the head chef to create new dishes and market regularly • To provide a strong relationship and leadership creating a productive team while achieving set goals • Good communications, planning, and execution skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction • Train employees on service quality, improve productivity, customer care, and responsiveness • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways for improvement • Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste • Create detailed reports on a weekly/monthly/annual revenues and expenses • Promote the brand in the community through word-of-mouth, social media, and others • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. promos and social media ads) • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Requirements • Proven work experience as an Assistant/ Restaurant Manager similar role • Proven experience in a Chinese and Seafood restaurant is an advantage • He / She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership, be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and people skills in the driving of business for the restaurant. • Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Word and Excel would be essential. • Preferable with Diploma Certification • Acute financial management skills • Able to work at Jurong Area
