About this role
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and office activities. • Manage schedules, meeting arrangements, catering coordination, and preparation of presentation materials and business communications. • Support office operations through document management, e-filing, distribution tracking, and general administrative assistance. • Take meeting minutes, prepare summaries, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and communications. • Contribute to a positive workplace environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives, office ambience activities, and gift coordination. Requirement: • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in administrative or clerical support • Experience in coordinating events, meetings, logistics, catering, office supplies, and inventory management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
