About this role
Job scopes • Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with established service level agreement and payment guidelines • Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries • Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager Job requirements • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related fields • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations role • Related experience in payments is a plus • Good to have experience in banking or financial industry. • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate with the team Thankyou for your interest!
