Company Overview Wahdah Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a fast-growing car rental and mobility platform serving customers across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Job Summary As an Operations Assistant, you will support daily vehicle movement, inspection, preparation, and delivery to ensure customers receive clean, safe, and ready-to-drive cars on time. You will collaborate with the Operations Supervisor, customer service team, partners, and customers to ensure smooth bookings, handovers, and returns. Responsibilities • Coordinate daily vehicle availability to fulfill booking requests on time • Prepare vehicles before bookings by checking cleanliness, fuel or EV charging status, and basic readiness • Arrange vehicle collection, delivery, return, and replacement as needed • Inspect vehicles during handover and return for damages, cleanliness, mileage, accessories, and overall condition • Record and update vehicle movements, check-ins, check-outs, inspection details, and supporting documents accurately • Assist walk-in customers, partners, and drivers professionally and courteously • Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, vendors, and partners to resolve operational issues promptly • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, parking areas, storage spaces, and office surroundings • Complete assigned tasks using Wahdah’s internal systems, apps, job tickets, and documentation processes • Support the Operations Supervisor with ad-hoc assignments, urgent vehicle movements, and customer recovery cases • Follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures consistently • Suggest practical improvements to enhance fleet readiness, productivity, and customer satisfaction Required competencies and certifications • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence • Ability to drive confidently and safely within Singapore Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent • Basic computer and mobile app literacy • Ability to communicate in English • Prior experience in car rental, fleet operations, logistics, delivery, customer service, or automotive operations • Responsible and detail-oriented in vehicle inspections • Calm and professional in handling customers and urgent operational issues • Willingness to be hands-on with vehicle movement, cleaning coordination, and operational support • Good sense of ownership and urgency • Neat grooming and professional appearance when representing Wahdah • Hardworking, punctual, reliable, and courteous • Comfortable with shift work, weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
