Operations Executive

Job DescriptionJob Description: • Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery • supports the overall operations of the establishment by ensuring that all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are sanitized and organized • Ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are washed and stored properly • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. • Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management. • Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery • Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff Job Requirements: • Previous experience in cleaning or stewarding roles preferred • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
