Job Summary Support the day-to-day operations of a wellness bathhouse, ensuring high service standards, excellent guest experience, and efficient operational flow. Responsibilities • Lead or assist with daily opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness and smooth transitions • Manage shift operations and guest arrivals to maintain seamless service delivery • Resolve guest queries and execute service recovery to enhance customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate operational logs and report incidents promptly for transparency and safety • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment • Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures to uphold quality standards • Monitor cleanliness and quality across all areas to ensure a welcoming environment • Collaborate with management to identify and implement operational improvements • Assist in scheduling adjustments and facilitate effective communication within the team • Support special events and operational projects to contribute to business growth and guest engagement Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma holder in hospitality, design, marketing, or related fields • Prior experience in customer service or operations • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and engage positively with guests • Strong attention to detail and proactive ownership of responsibilities • Interest in hospitality, wellness, or operational roles
