This position reports to the managing director and interfaces with managers and HR staff. J2 CONSULTANT PTE. Specific ResponsibilitiesIndividual to be involved in: • Coordination and management of daily operational activities related to job scheduling of installation, servicing, and maintenance work of commercial kitchen equipment • Assisting in procurement processes including sourcing equipment, spare parts, and materials required for operational projects • Supporting inventory management such as monitoring stock levels, ensuring availability of necessary equipment and spare parts • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required and coordinate with vendors for job arrangement • Assisting in the preparation of quotations, job costing, and documentation related to service projects • Preparing and issuing invoices based on completed service jobs and monitoring outstanding customer payments • Planning and scheduling of technicians and service personnel • Liaising with customers to understand service requirements and coordinating operational arrangements • Monitoring operational workflows and service progress to ensure work is completed according to company standards • Troubleshooting operational issues to resolve service-related matters • Maintaining proper documentation including service reports, job completion records, and operational logs • Preparing operational updates and reports to support management in monitoring project progress and service performance Technical Skills and Competencies• Operations planning and coordination • Service scheduling and workflow management • Procurement and supplier coordination • Logistics management • Invoicing and payment tracking • Customer service and communication skills • Workplace safety compliance • Operational reporting and performance monitoring • Operational monitoring • Reporting and data tracking • Time management Attachment Duration: 6 months with possible conversion to full-time
