About this role
This position reports to the director. The Operations Manager will oversees and coordinate entire flower shop activities, such as the purchase, selection , preparation and retail sales of flowers for decoration. He/She also consults with clients about flower arrangement designs, the cost of flowers and delivery services. He/she are also responsible for administrative and retail duties, such as keeping financial records, also responsible for administrative and retail duties, such as keeping financial records, answering telephones and processing payment and dealing with strategies. Individual to be involved in: 1. Making sure standards of shop image and operations are met; cleaniness, sufficient stock and to ensure product freshness and selection. To ensure that work areas, display cases, etc are well maintained and clean at all times. 2. Reviewing and handling relay service invoices and payments, maintaining the cash drawer, and doing banking tasks. Also update shelf tags and promotional signage on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, inventory process should be monitored. 3. Responsible for meeting customer service, also give product recommendations to customers and treat them in a professional positive manner. 4.
