About the RoleStrom is a technical services provider looking for an Operations & Technical Lead to partner directly with the Business Owner. This is not a "desk-only" role; you will be the operational anchor, splitting your time between strategic planning, process development, and on-site leadership. You will be instrumental in setting up our company’s SOPs and safety frameworks from the ground up. There is also opportunity to spearhead the development and expansion of a growing sector. Key Responsibilities• Scheduling & Deployment: Manage the master schedule for technical jobs and coordinate daily manpower moves. • Site Supervision: Oversee on-site progress, act as the primary client contact, and lead our team of work permit holders. • Safety & Compliance: Draft and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement) and SWP (Safe Work Procedures). Ensure all on-site activities meet MOM 2026 safety standards. • Equipment & Store Management: Manage technical inventory and the company store. Ensure all specialized tools (e.g., testers) are calibrated and accounted for. • Process Engineering: Partner with the Owner to develop SOPs for site works, reporting, and logistics. • Training Development: Create and deliver training programs for migrant workers to ensure technical excellence and safety compliance. Requirements• Singaporean or PR (Required). • Valid Class 3 Driving License (Essential for site-to-site travel). • Experience: 3+ years in technical site operations (Electrical, Engineering, or Facilities). • Safety Savvy: Familiar with WSH regulations; WSH Level B or BCSS is a major plus. • Mindset: You are organized, comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft M365 / Google Workspace), and thrive in a "builder" environment where you create the rules rather than just following them.
