Job Summary Join Eyecare Studio as a Full or Pre-registered Optometrist to deliver primary eye care and manage your own patients, with opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and career growth. Responsibilities • Deliver primary eye care services and manage patient care independently to achieve high job satisfaction • Utilize diagnostic equipment including fundus camera, tonometer, topographer, biometry, and slit lamp to conduct thorough eye examinations • Develop Ortho-K fitting skills to expand treatment options for patients • Collaborate with experienced senior optometrists for mentorship and support in pre-registration case submissions • Lead and support team initiatives to contribute to clinic growth and patient care quality • Participate in career development opportunities including potential employee shareholding plans Required competencies and certifications • Registered as a Provisional or Full Optometrist under the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) Singapore • Minimum Diploma in Optometry Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior knowledge or experience in Ortho-K fitting is advantageous but not essential • Open to all experience levels, including fresh graduates Other Information Benefits • Standard full shift & short shifts, with several shorter 9.5hr working days available monthly • Five-day work week with eight off days per month, including two weekends • Min fourteen days of basic annual leave; additional leave options • Medical and dental benefits • Corporate gifts and staff purchase benefits • Flexible off-day arrangements Salary Package • Competitive basic salary with allowances and bonuses • High group commissions and additional incentives • Salary negotiable based on experience Location • The Seletar Mall (Fernvale LRT) Application • Interested applicants should email a photo resume to eyecarestudio@gmail.com Other Information • Singaporeans or PR only.
