About this role
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Duration: 3-month contract (extendable) Attire: Smart Casual / Formal Working Hours Mon–Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary Degree: $3,320 – $4,500 Job Scope • Build and maintain relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders • Coordinate group visits and manage logistics for arts and heritage programmes • Support public users facing digital access or registration challenges • Assist in outreach activities, briefings, roadshows, and engagement sessions • Coordinate promotional materials and outreach through partner channels • Track attendance, engagement outcomes, and programme records • Support process improvements and partner coordination workflows Requirements • Degree in Community Engagement, Communications, Arts Management, or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, engagement, or partnership management preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital engagement tools If you are organized, proactive, and interested in gaining experience within a government organization, we would love to hear from you!
