About this role
Duration: 3 months (Extendable to 1 year) Location: City Hall Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Responsibilities:Partnership & Community Engagement • Work with community organisations, social service agencies, and partners to promote programmes. • Support partners in arranging offsite visits to arts and heritage programmes. • Coordinate with arts and heritage organisations to ensure programmes meet community needs. • Assist with preparing materials and coordinating partners to support outreach efforts. Group Visit Coordination • Arrange and coordinate group visits to arts and heritage programmes. • Handle logistics such as scheduling, transport, ticketing, and on‑site coordination. • Keep records of group visits, attendance, and related arrangements. Digital Access Support • Support individuals who have difficulty using digital platforms to access programmes. • Help provide alternative options such as assisted booking or offline registration. • Guide members of the public on how to access programme information or registration platforms. Outreach & Awareness • Work with partners to share programme information through their communication channels. • Assist in outreach activities such as briefings, roadshows, and community sessions. • Support simple tracking of outreach activities to help improve future efforts. Requirements: • Good organisational and coordination skills. • Clear communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work with different stakeholders and community partners. • Experience in outreach, community work, partnerships, or programme coordination is an advantage.
