Outreach & Partnerships Executive (6 months | Govt) #HJO

Job Responsibilities: • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with organisations and external stakeholders • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborators • Support outreach and engagement initiatives to increase awareness and participation • Plan and execute outreach programmes, events, and engagement activities • Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and documentation • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and ensure smooth execution within deadlines • Develop outreach materials, presentations, and engagement content where required • Monitor and analyse outreach and partnership performance metrics • Prepare reports, feedback analysis, and recommendations for future improvements • Maintain stakeholder and engagement databases • Support procurement and vendor management processes • Perform other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field • 2–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, outreach, events, or project management • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple timelines Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
