OutSystems Developer (2-Year Contract)

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced OutSystems Developer to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for hands-on developers with strong experience in low-code application development and system integration, particularly within complex enterprise or public sector environments. Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications using OutSystems • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications aligned with business requirements • Develop and integrate APIs and web services with internal and external systems • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end solutions • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through proper logging and monitoring • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes • Support CI/CD implementation and version control practices Key Requirements• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development • Proven experience in: Web and/or mobile application development using OutSystems, API and web services integration, Database management (SQL and/or NoSQL) • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (e.g. S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) • Solid understanding of: Application architecture and design patterns, CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g. Git), Application security, logging, and monitoring Preferred Qualifications• OutSystems certification (Associate/Professional) • Experience working on government or public sector projects • Exposure to integration-heavy environments with multiple system touchpoints • Strong hands-on development background (not limited to support or maintenance work) • Recent and relevant OutSystems project experience All information will be kept strictly confidential.
