Our first outlet at KAP Mall has built a supportive community, and we’re continuing to grow with the help of a dedicated, passionate team. Job Description As part of the Acaiguru team, you’ll be helping us serve up our signature açaí and froyo bowls with great energy and a welcoming attitude. Your day-to-day includes preparing bowls, handling the POS, keeping the store neat and presentable, restocking ingredients, and supporting basic opening or closing duties. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who shows up with a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to vibe well with the team. We’re a small, close-knit crew, so we value people who are positive, responsible, and excited to grow with us as the brand expands. You Will: • Prepare and serve açaí bowls, and menu items according to Acaiguru’s standards • Handle POS transactions accurately and provide warm, efficient customer service • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including food prep and dining areas • Support opening or closing procedures depending on rostered shifts • Restock ingredients, manage basic inventory levels, and ensure the store is always ready for service • Uphold food safety and hygiene practices at all times • Work closely with part-timers and support team coordination during peak periods • Contribute to creating a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment for both customers and teammates You Have: • A good attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn • Friendly customer service skills and the ability to communicate well • Attention to detail, especially in food prep and presentation • Ability to follow SOPs and stay organised in a fast-paced environment • A team-player spirit, reliable, respectful, and able to support others during busy hours • Comfort working on your feet and handling peak crowds • Openness to feedback and personal growth
