Role Description This is a part-time role for an Accountant/ Senior Accountant at BMC with flexi work arrangement. Responsibilities • Prepare and manage invoices, track payments, and monitor accounts receivables. • Prepare full sets of accounts, including financial statements, and ensure compliance with SFRS. • Handle client inquiries and provide professional advice on billing, accounting, tax, and compliance matters. • Provide guidance on GST filings, corporate tax computations, and statutory compliance. • Enhance accounting workflows and ensure adherence to internal controls and documentation standards. • Act as a key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries. Qualifications • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay as the role involves liaising with clients and stakeholders who communicate in these languages. • Min 3 years of working experience in accounting • Familiarity with Singapore’s corporate tax, GST regulations, and ACRA/IRAS compliance requirements • Financial Reporting, Accounting Software, and Tax Preparation skills • Experience in financial analysis and compliance • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial tools • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus
