About this role
Job Summary You will manage full set accounting tasks for an SME, focusing on accurate daily sales transaction checks, vendor payments, cashflow projections, and maintaining accounts receivable and payable using QuickBook Accounting Software. Responsibilities • Manage full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records • Verify daily sales transactions to maintain data integrity • Prepare and process vendor payments on a fortnightly basis • Project and monitor cashflow to support financial planning • Submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to the mall as required • Update accounts receivable and payable records in QuickBook Accounting Software • Assist on monthly payroll for staff (10-15pax) Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience working in the F&B sector to understand industry-specific accounting needs • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related F&B accounting experience • Knowledge of QuickBook Accounting Software to enhance accounting efficiency • Flexibility to work a minimum of 1 to 2 days per week in the office • Able to start work immediately Interested applicants can email your CVs to helene@niche-asia.com
