Role Description This part-time on-site Admin Assistant role supports a Financial Consultant in Singapore by providing administrative and client servicing assistance. Strong administration skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Organize and file paperwork, prepare clients’ policy and investment summaries, and verify policy and claims status to support financial consultant operations • Manage email inbox and company systems by sorting messages and flagging urgent issues for timely consultant response • Communicate with clients regarding their policies and forms, and coordinate with head office to follow up on client requests • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives to support team goals and improve processes Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask Other Information Work Schedule • 2-3 days per week • 6-8 hours per day (12-24 hours per week) • Visa not supported
