About this role
Job Description • Provide assistance & administrative support to Managers and team • Assisting in planning, organising and executing advisory appointments • Update clients financial portfolio • Preparation of client presentation materials • Providing support for processing client service needs. • Involving in Business development activities such as messaging, emailing and calling new & existing clients. • Maintain proper documentation system • Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as required • Training will be provided • Able to start work immediately Undergraduate/part timers are welcome to apply Working hours: 12 - 16 hours per week between 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
