About this role
We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, mainly focusing on mail management and office procurement. The role requires someone who can understand and read Chinese documents, as some letters and materials are in Chinese. Working location: Paya Lebar Working Hours & Commitment • Flexible hours between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Preferably able to commit at least 3 days per week, 4 hours per day • Work schedule to be confirmed in advance Key Responsibilities 1. Mail & Document Management • Receive, sort, scan, and record all incoming mail and packages. • Read and understand Chinese and English letters to route them correctly. • Distribute mail to internal teams or clients in a timely manner. • Prepare and arrange outgoing mail or courier services. • Maintain an accurate log of mail movements and filing. 2. Office Procurement & Inventory • Monitor stock levels for office supplies and pantry items. • Source suppliers, compare prices, and handle purchases. • Replenish items in a timely manner to support daily office operations. • Maintain basic inventory records. 3. General Administrative Support • Assist with simple tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and data entry. • Support basic office errands (e.g., picking up small items, delivering documents). • Assist the team with other ad-hoc duties. Requirements • Able to read and understand Chinese documents (required). • Basic communication in Chinese and English. • Prior admin experience preferred but not mandatory. • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
