Part Time and Full Time Barista and Baker

Location: 14 Jalan Tampang, Singapore 758958 Salary: - $11/hr (paid weekly) - $20 laundry allowance monthly Cafe Operating hours: - 9am to 8.00pm (Thursdays - Sundays. Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays) Working Hours - Min 4 hours / shift; Shift Timings: 9am to 12pm, 12pm to 4pm, 4pm to 8pm or 9am to 8pm. (on Friday, Saturday and Sunday) - 30mins lunch break and/or dinner break for shifts more than 5 hours. (Unpaid) - Shift Break Timings: Lunch: 11 - 11.30am/ 11.30am - 12pm, Dinner: 4.30pm - 5pm/5pm - 5.30pm. Qualifications: - Valid Food safety course certification - Minimum Nitec certification. - Experience in baking. - Preferred knowledge in barista. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a love for baking. - Friendly, positive, and eager to contribute to a fun, growing cafe Baker Job Description - Bake & prepare breads & cakes from scratch ensuring quality and consistency in every item. - Ensure bakes meet SOP set by the cafe visually and taste wise. - Work with precision to follow recipes and instructions, while maintaining creative flexibility for seasonal and special items. - Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the kitchen, including proper handling of ingredients and tools by following SOP. - Work closely with our front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. - Ability to work efficiently in a small, close-knit team with good time management for bakes. - Help with inventory and ensure ingredients are stocked, stored correctly, and rotated properly. - Maintain housekeeping standards at all times in the cafe to contribute to a fun, growing cafe. Barista Job Description: - Prepare beverages with precision & care. - Serving & clearing of tables. - Operate POS System (training will be provided). - Create a welcoming atmosphere, greet customers. - Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas organized & clean. - Adhere to SOP for drink & food preparation, hygiene & safety to ensure consistency & high-quality service. - Work closely with other baristas & bakers to ensure smooth service & a great customer experience with good time management for serving beverages & food. - Help with inventory, ensure ingredients are stocked, stored correctly & rotated. - Properly throughout your shift. - Maintain housekeeping standards at all times in the cafe.
