Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and client outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Understand clients' hiring and manpower requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions. • Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities. • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications. • Achieve agreed business development targets and KPIs.
