We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Business Development Executive to support our growing client acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and client outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Understand clients' hiring and manpower requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions. • Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities. • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications. • Achieve agreed business development targets and KPIs. Requirements• Minimum Diploma in any discipline. • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Recruitment, Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, F&B, or related industries is preferred. • CEI certification is an advantage but not mandatory. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable engaging clients through calls, meetings, and networking activities. • Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented. • Students, freelancers, homemakers, retirees, and individuals seeking flexible work arrangements are welcome to apply.
