Manage the reception area, greeting patients, handling enquiries and phone calls professionally. Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billings. Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections. Provide assistance to doctors during consultations if needed. Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment. Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills. Dispense and explain medications correctly. Top up medications promptly.
