To achieve this, we seek driven individuals with integrity to join us. About the Role: Join our Call Centre team to be the first point of contact for our organization. You will be responsible for professionally handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: · Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls) promptly and in accordance with our policies · Maintain strict confidentiality of all caller information · Route calls and inquiries accurately to the appropriate internal departments · Accurately update contact details and information within the Call Centre System · Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency · Report any faults with telecommunications equipment · Perform other related duties as assigned Why Join Us: . A Part Time role doing meaningful work . Daily Rate: $80 to $120 Requirements: . Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident . Flexible hours and work schedule: 3 to 7 hours/day, 3 to 5 weekdays/week, 9 to 35 hours/week . Work in office Near Queensway Shopping Centre · NITEC or equivalent in any discipline. A Diploma will be recognized for senior positions · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) · Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule .
