About this role
-Respond to customer service-related queries/requests. -Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection. -Perform general administrative duties. -Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management. -Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc. Requirements -Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level -Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel -Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills -Able to work 4 days a week including both weekends; Duration : 5 to 9.5 hours -Able to work "retail hours" (nights and weekends) Work Locations - Hougang - Punggol
