Established in January 2024, we operate from Punggol and deliver to residential areas within a 15-20 km radius. We partner with independent delivery riders to ensure fast, reliable same-day delivery to our growing customer base. The Role: Part-Time Delivery Rider PartnerAs a Part-Time Delivery Rider Partner, you will: • Pick up food orders from our Northshore, Punggol kitchen location within 30-40 minutes of order placement (non-negotiable responsiveness requirement) • Transport orders safely via your motorcycle to customer addresses across Singapore with a major concentration in the Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang and East Coast areas • Maintain professionalism and deliver orders with care (no food damage, correct items, clean packaging) • Handle cash payments securely (where applicable) and manage change accurately • Communicate delivery delays to customers proactively via phone/WhatsApp if needed • Complete 4-10 deliveries per 3-hour shift during peak hours (11am-1:30pm, 6pm-8:30pm) • Follow Lahori.SG brand guidelines and represent our business professionally • Maintain a high customer rating (target: 4.8/5.0 stars minimum) • Coordinate delivery scheduling via simple WhatsApp group or basic delivery app • Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately to minimize service disruption This is a PART-TIME, FLEXIBLE, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR role with no fixed hours. You choose your shifts and work frequency. Most rider partners are with us for side income while studying or working other jobs.
