Key Responsibilities • Assist in providing and maintaining a high standard of nursing care to patients/residents. • Support Registered Nurses in carrying out treatment plans and performing nursing procedures. • Monitor patients’/residents’ conditions and report significant changes promptly. • Assist in infection control, safety, and hygiene practices within the ward/unit.
