He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. ADVANCEMENT CRITERIA: Promotion to Assistant BBQ Griller based on consistent performance, schedule regularity, advanced storytelling abilities, and demonstrated leadership with new team members.  Core Responsibilities: 1. INITIAL TRAINING (Fresh Joiners) - Begin with buzzer clearing and food runner duties - Complete thorough menu learning and storytelling training - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all menu items 2. STATION MANAGEMENT - Manage entire station independently with minimal supervision - Handle multiple tables simultaneously with efficiency - Maintain high service standards throughout shift 3. SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - Drive upselling through menu knowledge and recommendations - Engage authentically with every customer at assigned station - Tell compelling stories about dishes, ingredients, and Korean dining culture - Create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits 4. MENTORSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT - Buddy and train new entry-level servers - Share menu knowledge and service techniques - Model excellent customer engagement and professionalism 5. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Maintain station organization and cleanliness - Coordinate with kitchen and support staff effectively - Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively  Job Specifications: • Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant experience OR internal certification as a Server after successful completion of at least 3 months of employment. • Good communication skills. • Able to work independently and demonstrate professionalism. • Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs. • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role. Key Deliverables: • Demonstrate full menu mastery, storytelling capability, and competency in buzzer clearing and food running before handling a station independently. • Manage an assigned station efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards and handling multiple tables seamlessly. • Consistently drive sales by confidently recommending dishes, promoting add-ons, and delivering engaging menu storytelling that enhances the guest experience. • Effectively mentor and train new servers by sharing best practices in service execution, menu knowledge, and customer engagement. • Maintain station cleanliness and organization, coordinate smoothly with kitchen and support teams, and resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
