Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Part-Time HR & Payroll Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and payroll administration on a flexible, 12-month contract basis. Responsibilities • Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks to maintain smooth HR operations • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reference • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions • Assist with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) submissions and statutory compliance to meet regulatory requirements • Respond promptly to basic HR and employee queries to provide effective support • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time to ensure timely employee compensation • Manage CPF submissions and generate payroll-related reports for statutory compliance • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify payroll inputs for accuracy • Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies to maintain payroll integrity • Provide general HR operational support to assist with various HR functions as needed • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote consistent practices Required competencies and certifications • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in SME environments • Prior experience handling payroll and HR operations • Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations and CPF requirements Other Information • Work Arrangement: 2 days per week, part-time contract for service • Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable subject to performance and business needs) • Location: Ang Mo Kio • Employment Type: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance • Work Location: In person Jayxen Ong | EA Licence No: 24C2176 Shiny People HR Consultancy Pte.
