• Process Mapping: Documenting current workflows ("as-is") and creating process models using tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart. • Data Collection & Analysis: Gathering data from various sources to analyze process performance and identify inefficiencies. • Reporting & Dashboards: Creating reports and dashboards to visualize data, track metrics, and provide insights to stakeholders. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with team members, business owners, and managers to gather requirements and communicate findings. • Process Improvement Support: Assisting in the implementation of new processes and validating that changes lead to better efficiency.
