Part-Time Language Teacher

Company: SWEATINCGlobal Working Hours: Weekdays, around 3:00 PM onwards Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance SWEATINCGlobal is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Language Teachers to conduct engaging enrichment classes for children. We are currently looking for teachers who are proficient in one or more of the following languages: • French • German • Japanese • Hindi • Portuguese • Mandarin • Other languages may also be considered Responsibilities• Conduct beginner-friendly language lessons for children. • Teach basic vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational phrases and sentence structures. • Plan fun, interactive and age-appropriate lessons, games and activities. • Introduce students to the culture and everyday use of the language. • Encourage students to speak confidently and participate actively in class. • Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment. • Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback when required. • Prepare suitable lesson materials and activities. Requirements• Proficient or fluent in the language being taught. • Prior experience teaching languages to children is required. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Patient, energetic and comfortable working with children. • Reliable and available on weekdays from approximately 3:00 PM onwards. • Experience teaching in preschools, primary schools or enrichment centres is an advantage. • Relevant language qualifications or teaching certifications are an advantage. • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred.
