The RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Logistics Handler to support our daily meal delivery operations. You'll be the person making sure every tingkat leaves our kitchen on time, reaches the right doorstep, and keeps our customers coming back — day in, day out. What You'll Do• Plan and optimise daily delivery routes across Singapore • Coordinate with delivery riders/drivers and kitchen staff to ensure on-time dispatch • Track deliveries in real time, handle rerouting, and resolve on-the-ground issues • Maintain accurate delivery records and customer address data • Liaise with customers on delivery changes, feedback, and special requests • Conduct quality checks on packaging and outgoing orders • Contribute ideas to improve our logistics processes as we grow What We're Looking For• Prior experience in logistics, delivery operations, or F&B coordination preferred • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail • Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and route-planning apps • Able to work flexibly around peak meal hours (lunch and dinner windows) • Good communication in English; Mandarin or dialect a plus for customer interactions • Calm, solutions-first mindset — things move fast, and we sort problems out together • Own transport preferred but not essential What We Offer• Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000/month (part-time, commensurate with experience) • Flexible part-time hours built around our delivery windows • A friendly, close-knit team that genuinely cares about the food and the people we feed • Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving local F&B brand
