Part time office and promoter

Company Overview The client distributes COOLAROO Elevated pet beds and PETITUDO Natural Go-Go pet care products, focusing on quality pet supplies. Job Summary We are seeking a part-time administration assistant to support packing, filing, scanning, and promotional activities at pet events. Responsibilities • Pack parcels accurately for e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada to ensure timely delivery • File invoices systematically to maintain organized financial records • Scan documents efficiently to support digital record keeping • Assist as a promoter at pet events and exhibitions to engage customers and support brand presence Location in Toa Payoh, around 4 to 8 hours a week. For exhibition, working hours will be longer for 2 to 3 days.
