Part-Time Online Mathematics Teacher (Primary School Students)

About UsWe are an established online education provider serving overseas primary school students, primarily from Australia, Singapore, China, and other English-speaking countries. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our growing team. Working Hours• Fixed schedule: 4–6 hours per week • Online teaching via Zoom (Remote Teaching) • Long-term collaboration preferred Salary• SGD 70–100 per hour • Salary will be determined based on teaching experience, qualifications, and performance Responsibilities• Deliver engaging online Mathematics lessons to Australian primary school students (Years 1–6) • Teach entirely in English and maintain a high level of student participation • Use Zoom and online teaching tools effectively to create an interactive learning environment • Prepare lesson materials and lesson plans before class • Provide homework support and answer students’ questions outside lesson time when required • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback • Communicate professionally with parents regarding student learning outcomes and improvement strategies • Build positive relationships with students and families Requirements• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Mathematics • Fluent spoken and written English; able to conduct lessons fully in English • Familiar with overseas curricula (Singapore Mathematics, or equivalent) • Experienced in online teaching and proficient in Zoom functions such as screen sharing, whiteboard, breakout rooms, annotations, and student engagement tools • Strong classroom management and communication skills • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently • Comfortable communicating with parents and managing parent enquiries professionally Preferred Qualifications• Teaching qualification in Education, Mathematics, or a related field • Experience teaching international students • Familiarity with Singapore Mathematics methodology is highly desirable ApplicationPlease send the following: • Resume/CV • Brief introduction of your teaching experience • Available teaching hours each week • Expected hourly rate • A short teaching demonstration video (if available) We look forward to welcoming passionate educators who are committed to helping young learners build confidence and excellence in Mathematics.
