Part-time Operations Executive (Robotics Education Center)

Our programs combine hands-on learning, creativity, and international robotics competition exposure to inspire students of all ages. Job Responsibilities• Welcome parents and students, and introduce the robotics curriculum and learning pathways • Handle course enquiries, registration follow-ups, and daily parent communication • Assist in classroom coordination and student attendance to ensure smooth lesson operations • Organize and maintain teaching materials, operational documents, and student records • Support daily center operations and assist the teaching team when required • Maintain positive parent-school relationships and enhance overall parent satisfaction • Coordinate administrative and operational matters to support the smooth running of the center Requirements• Prior experience in education centers, enrichment centers, or training institutions is highly preferred • Patient, caring, and enjoy interacting with children and students • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset • Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication with parents and students • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively • Responsible and able to independently manage on-site operational matters • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment Preferred Qualifications• Interest or exposure in robotics, STEM, coding, or technology education • Experience in student management, front desk operations, or customer service • Familiarity with enrichment center operations is an advantage What We Offer• Dynamic and technology-driven working environment • Opportunity to work alongside experienced robotics educators • Exposure to international robotics competitions and STEM education systems • Stable long-term part-time opportunity • Career growth opportunities within the robotics and AI education industry Working Schedule • Full day on Saturdays and Sundays (fixed weekend schedule)
