· 6 months contract (Maternity Cover) · 2 – 3 days per week · Location: Jurong East · Salary: up to $350/day EssentialResponsibilities: The PeoplePartner is the main point of contact in Human Resources/People related mattersfor the subsidiary's leaders and employees as well as to external partners.He/She supports the Asia South cluster in the recruiting of qualifiedemployees, training them and increasing their retention in the long term. ThePP reports directly to the Senior Vice President for Asia South & Pacificand works in close contact with the Central PP who is based in the headquarters(Landsberg, Germany). This is acontract (maternity) cover for 6 months’ assignment. Key Responsibilities TalentAcquisition · End to end hiring ofnew or replacement headcounts within the Southeast Asia market inclusive ofSingapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. · Onboarding · Orientation · Alignment ofprobationary goals and setting up of target agreement with Line Manager Payroll/Admin · Monthly management ofpayroll operations with designated vendors in Singapore and the Southeast Asiamarkets · Leave management usingSuccess Factors · Onboarding andoff-boarding payroll · Bonus processing Audit · Respond to bothinternal and external audit queries on People Operation/Workflow EmployeeRelations · In cases ofescalation/performance gaps, conduct thorough and objective investigations EmployeeEngagement · To provide support oninternal employee engagement events e.g. Kick-Off preparation · To support the annualemployee survey (results analysis and workshop if applicable) OfficeManagement · To provide support onoffice-related projects (if needed) Requirement · Bachelor’s degree inhuman resources (HR) or a related field · Minimum 8 years ofprogressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a People Partner / HRBusiness Partner role · Strong knowledge of thefull employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Performance · Management, EmployeeRelations, Total Rewards and Learning/Development · Understandingemployment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements relevant to supportedregions ideally in Southeast Asia markets · Clear, confidentcommunicator with the ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalismand discretion · Experience in SuccessFactors (SAP) and handling EOR provider AllSuccessful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and acomprehensive range of benefits.
