It partners with parents and schools to foster children’s development and aims to provide quality, innovative education that maximizes children’s potential. Job Summary You will conduct Art enrichment programmes at preschools, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that meet learning objectives and support children’s development aged 3 to 6 years. Responsibilities Planning, Teaching and Class Management • Prepare and deliver curriculum that facilitates active learning and enriches learners’ knowledge • Design and adapt learning activities to meet the diverse needs of children aged 3 to 6 years • Demonstrate passion and interest in working with young children to foster engagement and curiosity Monitoring, Assessment, Reporting and Recording • Monitor and encourage each student’s development and progress throughout the programme • Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and stakeholders on student progress regularly • Maintain accurate and complete records of attendance, progress, and development as required Required competencies and certifications • Minimum O / A level with good credits in English language (required to communicate effectively with students and parents) Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in the early childhood sector advantageous • Strong interpersonal skills to engage children and collaborate with parents and colleagues • Ability to nurture learners and build their self-esteem • Effective classroom management skills • Strong written and spoken English language skills Other Information • Candidates must commit for a minimum of 3 months • No experience required; training will be provided • Hourly rated with CPF contributions • Working hours and day as above • Interested applicants may Whatsapp Mr Lim @ 88983919 for quicker response.
