Part-Time Retail Stock Assistant

Job OverviewWe are looking for a hardworking and organized Stock Assistant to join our retail team. Your primary role will be to manage incoming stock from our warehouse and ensure our display shelves are neatly stocked and ready for our customers. Key Responsibilities• Inventory Receiving: Assist in receiving and unloading stock deliveries from the warehouse every Tuesday and Thursday, 12pm to 5pm. • Shelf Stocking: Unpack items and accurately place them on retail shelves according to the shop’s layout. • Merchandising: Ensure all products are neatly arranged, front-facing, and organized by category. • Inventory Monitoring: Help identify low-stock items and ensure that older stock is rotated to the front (FIFO). • General Tidiness: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and retail floor during the stocking process. Requirements• Physical Fitness: Able to handle and move boxes of aquarium supplies (filters, lights, fish food, etc.). • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring products are placed in the correct spots with the right labels. • Reliability: Must be able to commit to the Tuesday and Thursday (12pm–5pm) schedule consistently. • Language: Ability to read product labels and instructions in English. Location: Tiong Bahru (preferred you lived near us) Day: Every Tue & Thu (may need Wed on occasionally) Time: 12pm to 5pm
