About this role
We are looking for a Part-Time Roving Condo Manager/Property Officer to provide operational support across multiple condominium sites. The role involves assisting with daily estate management duties, covering manpower gaps, and ensuring smooth site operations. Key Responsibilities: • Provide relief coverage across various condominium sites as assigned • Assist in daily estate operations and ensure smooth running of the site • Attend to residents’ feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally • Coordinate with contractors and service providers on maintenance works • Carry out routine site inspections and report any defects or issues • Assist in administrative duties, including documentation and filing • Support handover/takeover processes when required • Liaise with Management Council members when necessary • Ensure compliance with site procedures and management policies Requirements: • Prior experience in property / facilities / estate management preferred • Familiar with condominium operations (MCST experience is an advantage) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and adapt to different sites • Willing to travel between multiple locations • Able to commit on short notice / flexible schedule Working Arrangement: • Ad-hoc basis • 5.5 day work week (or as assigned) • May be required to work weekends depending on site needs Additional Information: • Deployment location: Various condominium sites/commercial building. • Salary: Daily rate
