Sales Administrator – Part Time Job Summary Support the sales team by preparing sales documents, coordinating customer orders, maintaining records, and liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Responsibilities • Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders accurately to support sales operations • Coordinate with customers to respond to sales enquiries, confirm orders, and schedule deliveries promptly • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales databases for reliable information tracking • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to enhance team efficiency • Track and monitor sales orders from confirmation through to fulfillment to ensure timely delivery • Liaise with finance, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse departments to facilitate smooth order processing • Prepare sales reports, customer summaries, and monthly performance updates to inform management decisions • Handle customer service matters by following up on orders, payments, and required documentation • Manage filing, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with company procedures to maintain organized records • Assist in organizing marketing activities, customer events, and other sales support initiatives to promote business growth Preferred competencies and qualifications • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform daily tasks efficiently • Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams • Customer service skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally • Student status encouraged to apply, supporting flexible part-time engagement
