Job Summary You will provide friendly customer service and prepare Ma La soup-based dishes while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a smooth dining experience. Job roles and responsibilties • Greet customers with a smile and thank them to create a welcoming environment • Prepare food items by cutting ingredients and cooking soup-based dishes according to standards • Clean tables and promptly clear used dishes and utensils to maintain a tidy dining area • Restock display chillers with fresh ingredients regularly to ensure availability for customers • Operate the dishwashing machine and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic • Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently to maintain a safe work environment • Stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as part of daily tasks • Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays to support business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Previous experience in F&B or kitchen operations to perform tasks efficiently • Good communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members • Friendly, customer-focused attitude to enhance customer satisfaction Benefits • Sales Incentives (Daily, weekly, monthly)* • Staff meal provided • Uniforms Provided • On-the-job training *terms and conditions applied
